REFUND
We do not offer refunds on orders due to the time and labour that goes into each product. Refunds are only processed based on fulfilment errors, such as incorrectly shipped or missing items. The amount will be refunded via the original mode of payment within one week of initiation.
RETURNS
We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. If the original tags are missing, House of Venera may decline the return request and send the product back to the customer. Return orders are accepted only in case of damaged products or wrong items delivered. An unboxing/opening video is mandatory as proof and must be sent to +91 9625926135 via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. Every single piece designed & produced in The Pret Co. goes through stringent quality checks. Unevenness in colour & texture of print is not a fault but a beautiful characteristic of natural processes.
Any purchase can be exchanged for a different size. In case the size is not available, we shall provide you a store credit valid for six months from the date of issue. All orders go through a stringent quality check before shipping. However, in the off chance that you have received a damaged product, please notify us at thepretco0@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving the order.
In case of either damaged product return or size exchange, please write to thepretco0@gmail.com with subject: RETURNS. Clothing sent to us without a prior email will not be accepted. The Pret Co. must be notified within three days of receipt of clothes about your intent to exchange. Once the email is received, we accept returns within 15 days. The cost of any exchange is to be borne by the customer.
